FREE Diabetes Education Sessions for Women

Running at Surestart 10am - 12pm on Thursdays starting July 1st 2010, these 6 sessions will be invaluable for learning about spotting and managing diabetes. Have a look at the poster by clicking here!

The Diabetes drop-in centre is open on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 - You don't need an appointment, just drop-in!

• For information about diabetes and advice about looking after yourself.
• FREE blood pressure checks.
• FREE height and weight checks.

Urdu and Punjabi speakers are available.
