How does it work?

This is a FREE service; the Health Trainers are here to help you to help yourself. During 6 – 8 confidential 1 to 1 sessions you decide what you want to change in your life in order to improve your general health and well being. Support and information about how you can achieve your goal(s) is provided in a friendly, safe, and secure environment.

How can I arrange to see a Health Trainer?

Currently available Mon - Thurs 9-5pm, you can contact the ShipShape Health Trainers as follows:-

  • Ring Ship Shape on 0114 2500 222
  • Drop in the office on 222 London Road, Sheffield, S2 4LT to book an appointment or have an informal chat. Office opening times are Monday-Thursday 9:30am - 2pm, on Friday the shop is closed.
  • Our Health Trainers also run sessions at Hanover, Porter Brook, Gleadless, Sothall and Blackstock Road Medical Centres.   If you are registered with these GPs and would like a Health Trainer appointment, please contact your usual surgery number.
