Sharrow Community Forum

Sharrow Community Forum is building a vibrant and active community in our area. At the Old Junior School we have a range of ideal venues for you to hold your event, from well appointed meeting rooms to a large hall. We also take bookings for St Peter's Hall, Machon Bank, which has a large hall ideal for physical activities or parties.

Sharrow Community Forum has a contract to manage the Old Junior School on behalf of Sheffield City Council. This includes providing security, maintenance, cleaning and reception duties. SCF is responsible for hiring out facilities at the Old Junior School and aims to prove that such a facility is needed by the local community.

We received funding from Key Fund and Central Community Assembly in June 2011 to fund a feasibility study and business plan aimed at bringing the Nursery/Infants building back in to use. The will be completed by September 2011.

The facilities are priced as follows

* Tea/coffee is included in the cost but we need to know if you require it so that we can prepare

* Extra charges will apply if your event is outside our core hours and so extra staffing is required

25% discount for bookings of ten or more dates.

For bookings at the Old Junior School we are happy to supply your event with hot drinks facilities, just ask. Additionally we are able to source quality catering at very reasonable costs. Please enquire when booking.
