The Partnership included local residents and Councillors as well as Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Homes, South Yorkshire Police, Sheffield Primary Care Trust, Sheffield Hallam University and SCF. SCF's role in Sharrow Partnership focussed largely on providing community engagement to support service improvement. This included working with Shoreham Street TARA, exploring issues around the Fieldhead Road area, supporting the creation of a forum for the Abbeydale area and supporting PCSOs and wardens. We also supported residents around Lansdowne and Lowfield as well as focussing on activities that bring people together. |
SP was a neighbourhood management pilot, running from 2006-2010 in Sharrow. It aimed to bring about long lasting change to the way that services are delivered in Sharrow.
