  • ShipShape Counselling Service. Talk through difficult situations in a safe, confidential environment.  Available on Tuesdays from 10am to 3pm with Steven Midgley. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to friends or family about personal issues and conflicts. By visiting a counsellor you will be talking to someone who is outside your immediate situation and who you can rely on to maintain confidentiality. In each session the counsellor will listen to what you want to say and may ask questions about what they hear and see. It is not a role of the counsellor to judge nor make recommendations about a course of action. There is no charge for counselling sessions at Shipshape. Just pop in or call us to arrange an appointment. Counselling sessions last 50 minutes, and we offer six free, weekly counselling sessions with a further two avaliable if agreed by the counsellor and client.
